GoodParty.org is looking for a growth and user obsessed Senior Product Manager to join us in our mission of making people matter more than money in our democracy.

In Short

• Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with the product team and politics team stakeholders.
• Turn ideas into scalable product solutions that empower independents to explore a run for office, run winning campaigns, and serve in office.
• Organize user research and testing across a politically diverse user base in collaboration with the design team.
• Productize emerging AI tools to improve products and features.
• Create cohesive funnels that drive user adoption and growth.
• Apply quantitative and qualitative methods to validate ideas and improve metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management with a proven track record.
• Experience building tech products from scratch or being early on a successful product.
• Strong user obsession and research skills.
• Analytical mindset with data and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with emerging AI tools and basics of prompt engineering.
• Understanding of the American political system.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
