Overview

The Director of Field Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing outbound transportation operations while ensuring compliance, safety, and cost-efficiency across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management or related field.
• 10–15+ years in transportation or logistics management.
• Experience with SAP (WMS) strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• P&L management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and familiarity with DOT regulations.
• Understanding of U.S. Customs/import processes is a plus.
