Overview

The Returns Coordinator is responsible for maintaining system and process accuracy during the delivery team's operations while ensuring effective communication across various departments.

In Short

• Log and perform SAP adjustments in real time.
• Resolve inventory inaccuracies throughout the delivery process.
• Communicate with various departments to address issues.
• Support administrative functions as needed.
• Work flexible hours including weekends and evenings.
• Complete manual-override warehouse processes for escalated issues.
• Review and resolve customer account discrepancies.

Requirements

• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Working knowledge of Excel; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to recognize trends in inventory data.
• Self-motivated with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility in working hours.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
