Overview

The HR Coordinator will assist with daily HR operations and administrative tasks, providing support to HR and Accounting teams while maintaining employee records and processing HR-related documentation.

  • Provide support to both HR and Accounting teams.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Process HR-related documentation and reports.
  • Assist in coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys).
  • Communicate with public services when needed.
  • Track, renew, and maintain records of business licenses.
  • Coordinate with state and local agencies on licensing matters.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR and finance leadership.
  • Manage external correspondence related to payroll, compliance, and other HR tasks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in human resource management systems.
  • Experience working with different internal departments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Paylocity software experience (nice to have).
