Overview

The Paralegal - Estate Planning role involves supporting attorneys in real estate transactions, conducting title searches, and managing client files while working from home.

In Short

  • Work from home position with a schedule of 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM PHT.
  • Conduct title searches and review property records.
  • Prepare and draft legal documents such as contracts and agreements.
  • Assist in the closing process and organize closing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate client files.
  • Communicate with clients and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Coordinate with title companies to resolve issues.
  • Assist attorneys with legal research and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support including scheduling and document management.
  • Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
  • Prior experience as a real estate paralegal preferred.
  • Proficiency in CLIO and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of real estate law is a plus.
  • Strong work ethic and dedication to client service.
