In Short

• Responsible for real-time analysis and coordination of DC Logistics Operations.
• Monitors and documents productivity measurements.
• Supports Department Managers/Leads to ensure tasks are ready for the transfer crew.
• Reports, researches, and resolves issues in a timely manner.
• Provides administrative support for the Logistics Department.
• Creates routes and Transfer Driver schedules.
• Maintains training logs and manages communication with drivers.
• Knowledge of DOT rules and geographical areas of operation is preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and work under stressful conditions.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and mathematical aptitude.
• 1-3 years of direct high volume logistics or shipping experience preferred.
• Ability to prioritize work effectively.
• Good verbal and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn more.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to shipping statuses.
• Ability to communicate ideas and directions clearly.
