ProSidian seeks a Rail Rate Negotiations Analyst to provide services and support in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector, focusing on Risk Management Solutions for clients such as the U.S. Department of Energy.

• Conduct detailed analysis of rail rate structures and pricing methodologies.

• Work alongside Subject Matter Experts to provide detailed research and analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, logistics, transportation, business, or engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in transportation analysis or logistics.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and tools like Excel.
• Knowledge of STB costing methodologies is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze complex data sets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving skills.
• Experience with federal agencies or private sector organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with government contracting and radioactive materials is a plus.
