Overview

ProSidian is seeking an Executive Coach to provide professional and executive leadership coaching services, particularly in the Energy & Scientific Research sector. The role focuses on empowering organizational leaders to unlock their full potential and drive mission success through performance-focused coaching.

• Provide one-on-one coaching for managers and department leaders.

Requirements

• 7-10 years of coaching experience.
• Recognized leadership coaching certification (e.g., ICF, Hudson, Hogan).
• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Psychology, or Business.
• Demonstrated success coaching mid-to-senior-level leaders.
• Familiarity with DOE or scientific research institutions.
• Strong skills in empathy, adaptability, and cultural awareness.
• Proficiency in business tools including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders at all levels.
