Director, Field Operations - Remote

Overview

The Director, Field Operations is accountable for implementing, leading and improving analytical activities in support of the U.S business. This position will be responsible for business analytics, incentive compensation and field communication within the U.S. commercial team.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, market access, advocacy and medical affairs.
• Gather KPI reporting requirements and automate reporting.
• Develop and implement territory mapping and sales force sizing.
• Continuously assess field force alignment.
• Design and manage incentive compensation plans.
• Establish a data-driven targeting and segmentation framework.
• Oversee Veeva CRM implementation.
• Implement field force enablement tools and training.
• Drive AI/ML integration and omnichannel engagement strategies.
• Manage and execute budget planning process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial operations in biotech/pharma.
• Strong expertise in ultra-rare and specialty disease markets.
• Proficiency in SQL, Qlik, Veeva CRM.
• Demonstrated ability in predictive analytics models.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen skills.
• Experience in launching commercial infrastructure for new products.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to travel as needed up to 25%.
