Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to drive adstrong’s growth through outbound prospecting and cold calling. In this role, you’ll identify potential clients, reach out across international markets, and turn cold outreach into qualified sales opportunities.

In Short

  • Initiate and manage conversations with potential clients across phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.
  • Identify and engage potential buyers to generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Perform cold calls and emails to introduce the company and spark initial interest.
  • Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects through ongoing communication.
  • Work with the Head of Sales to refine communication strategies.
  • Min. 5 years experience generating new business opportunities in B2B environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable approaching new prospects and initiating conversations.
  • Excellent time management and personal organization in a remote environment.

  • Track record of generating new business opportunities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence in approaching new prospects.
  • Ability to quickly understand business needs.
  • Experience in cold calling and cold emailing.
  • A hunter mentality with problem-solving skills.
  • Resilience in handling rejection.
  • Fluent in C2 English and C2 Spanish or Italian.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, HubSpot is a plus.
  • A Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required.
