Overview

Azul is looking for a high-performing, energetic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager, Webinars and AI Platforms who will be driving end-to-end execution of Azul’s webinar program while also owning the use of our AI-driven platforms.

In Short

• Manage Azul’s webinar program and AI-driven platforms.
• Plan, manage, and execute high impact webinars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective webinar execution.
• Handle logistics and post-event analytics for webinars.
• Serve as platform owner for Drift, 6Sense, and Saleswhale.
• Develop playbooks and optimize audience segments.
• Support product launches and marketing campaigns.
• Oversee GTM initiatives and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Act as a central point of contact for stakeholder coordination.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of direct marketing experience.
• Experience with major platforms like Drift and 6Sense.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with webinar hosting platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and passion for data.
• Resourceful and proactive in execution.
• In-depth knowledge of webinar best practices.
• Strong project management skills.
• Familiarity with marketing processes.
• B.S./B.A. Degree in Marketing or related field.
