Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, and experienced Senior Product Marketing Manager to join ServiceNow’s Platform and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Marketing team! This role will play a vital part in ensuring we continue to differentiate our AI solutions in the industry with programs, strategies, and long-term marketing plans focused on reaching our sales goals.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive seller enablement strategy for GenAI products.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and marketing teams.
• Translate insights from market research and competitive analysis.
• Measure and analyze the effectiveness of seller assets.
• Provide ongoing training and support to the sales team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product marketing/management/sales engineering experience.
• 4 years of experience in enterprise software platforms.
• Expert and strategic storyteller.
• Experience building public-facing presentations.
• Very strong written and oral communication skills.
