Overview

The Bilingual Finance Manager oversees and manages the financial operations of Ayming Canada Inc., ensuring financial health and compliance with regulations.

• Manage financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Lead annual budget preparation and monitor performance.
• Assist in managing the general ledger and perform reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS).

• Supervise and mentor the finance team.

• Maintain and improve financial systems and process automation.
• Fully bilingual in French and English is mandatory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
• Proficiency in financial software (QuickBooks, SAP, Excel).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
