The UX Researcher IV will influence product design decisions with data driven insights, playing a critical role in the user experience of Aya's web and mobile applications.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience conducting user research.
• Bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field.
• Experience conducting research for desktop and mobile applications.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment.
• Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Organized and able to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
