UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our team and play a critical role in shaping user-centered solutions. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers to identify the right problems to solve, evaluate solution options, and measure the usability of delivered products.

In Short

• Collaborate with PMs and Engineers to define research questions.
• Design and execute research studies including interviews and usability studies.
• Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights.
• Assess potential solutions through usability testing.
• Facilitate workshops to integrate research insights into product development.
• Track user experience metrics post-launch.
• Document research processes and findings.
• Champion user needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Psychology, Anthropology, Sociology, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in UX research.
• Proficiency in research methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Familiarity with design and research tools.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
