UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an experienced UX Researcher to lead product portfolio research for our aviation client. This is a hybrid role based in Dallas, TX.

In Short

• Join a multidisciplinary UX team driving user experience for customer and employee-facing applications.
• Be a user advocate and mentor designers and junior researchers.

Requirements

• Degree in HCI, Human Factors Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in applied user experience research.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design and research methods.
• Experience with remote unmoderated testing tools.
• Familiarity with design and prototyping tools.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
• Project management skills with the ability to set objectives and deliver on time.
• Proficiency in analytical dashboards and tools.
• Desire to promote user-centered research.
• Expert user of Excel or similar tools for data analysis.
