UX Researcher - Remote

Overview

The UX Researcher will support the Secure, Performant, Reliable, and User-Centered Experiences (SPRUCE) IDIQ contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs by planning, conducting, and analyzing user research to inform the design of digital products and services.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to pass and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
