• Serve as an escalation point within the organization.
• Provide rapid response to emerging issues.
• Join critical customer calls on-demand.
• Build and maintain proactive alerting.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor availability and system health.
• Improve reliability and quality of software solutions.
• Conduct performance training and updates.
• Participate in weekend coverage schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of customer-facing experience in enterprise software.
• 5+ years of experience with Linux.
• 2+ years of experience with MongoDB.
• Experience with monitoring technologies preferred.
• Experience with Redis and Celery preferred.
• 2+ years of programming experience with high-level languages.
• Proactive problem identification and resolution skills.
