Overview

As a Senior Escalation Engineer at Corelight, you will be the first line of support for customers, ensuring successful outcomes for any issues they encounter, while also advocating for customer needs within the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a technical role focusing on post-sales support.
• Strong understanding of network security and incident response.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, Windows, cloud, and virtualization.
• Strong networking knowledge.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Availability for odd hours and on-call support.
• BS/BA or equivalent in relevant field.
