Overview

Join Axon as a Strategic Account Executive, where you will be responsible for selling products and services to state Departments of Corrections and Community Supervision, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.

In Short

  • Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies.
  • Develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Execute account strategy in collaboration with the account team.
  • Cultivate customer relationships for effective service delivery.
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and develop a proper contact network.
  • Support execution of strategy at the account level.
  • Oversee all account activities and provide product training.
  • Forecast and gather intelligence on competitor activity.
  • Track customer activity in internal systems.
  • Accountable for individual expense budget management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of successful customer-facing sales experience.
  • 2+ years managing a book of business of mid-sized/enterprise level customers.
  • Experience selling into the Corrections or Public Safety Markets preferred.
  • Data management experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Understanding of Cloud technology.
  • Able to articulate complex solution offerings.
  • Able to travel ~50% including possible overnight travel.
