Professional Services Manager, DACH - Remote

Overview

Axon is seeking a Professional Services Manager to support our growing customer base with product deployments predominantly in DACH and occasionally in wider EMEA region. The role requires broad technical knowledge and a customer-centric attitude.

In Short

• Engage with clients pre-sale for Trial and Evaluation programs.
• Coordinate post-sale with clients and internal functions for project documentation.
• Travel to customer sites for deployment tasks.
• Install and configure Axon hardware and software solutions.
• Provide technical training and consultation to customers.
• Act as the main point of contact during deployment.
• Monitor product updates and customer experiences.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and best practices.
• Manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate cross-functionally for successful customer engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in IT/Business or relevant experience (3+ years).
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Advanced understanding of IT/Networking concepts.
• Experience in SaaS and hardware/software environments.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience in consulting and customer engagement.
• Ability to multitask and manage projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and related tools.
• Experience supporting law enforcement or public sector clients.
• Adaptable to product or process changes.
