Commercial Legal Summer Associate - Remote

Overview

As a Commercial Legal Summer Associate, you’ll support the legal team with contract drafting, review, and process improvement across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll gain hands-on experience in commercial law within a fast-paced, mission-driven start-up focused on expanding access to medicines globally.

In Short

• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and organizing commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and partnership documentation.
• Help improve and maintain internal contract templates and legal workflows.
• Partner with commercial, operations, supply chain, and business development teams.
• Support the structuring and upkeep of internal databases for legal documentation.
• Assist in identifying key legal risks within commercial agreements.
• Help prepare contract summaries for non-legal stakeholders.
