• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts.
• Ensure legal compliance and provide guidance on legal issues.
• Maintain and manage the contract database.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• 2-4 years of experience in commercial contract law.
• Certification in contract management is a plus.

• High attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Experience in the fintech or e-commerce industry is a plus.
