Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts - Remote

Overview

We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant - Commercial Contracts to work with our F100 clients.

In Short

• Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F100 clients to provide commercially tailored support
• Providing practical legal advice on transactional matters while aligning with business goals and initiatives
• Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines
• Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements
• Working with and advising business clients directly, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required

Requirements

• A minimum 5+ years’ experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts.
• Exposure to compliance matters such as data privacy, anti-bribery and/or ethics would be an added benefit though not essential.
