• Advise on export licensing and compliance under ITAR and EAR.
• Collaborate with clients on internal investigations.
• 5+ years of legal experience required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills needed.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred.
• Remote work with some on-site presence required for certain clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of legal experience with ITAR/EAR regulations.
• Hands-on experience with voluntary disclosures.
• Excellent communication and analysis skills.
• Juris Doctor or equivalent preferred; non-licensed attorneys may also be considered.
• Experience advising on encryption and technical data sharing preferred.
• Familiarity with OFAC and BIS regulations is a plus.
• Background in government or contractor compliance valued.
