Overview

The Customer Support Engineer will lead product development activities for the XA21/Reliance product, focusing on modeling and fixing bugs, while also acting as a technical resource for the team.

  • Experience in modeling electrical devices.
  • Familiarity with transmission systems.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment.
  • Proficiency in writing technical documentation.
  • Experience with power systems management applications.
  • Ability to lead and mentor team members.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SCADA security.
