The Customer Support Engineer will lead eTerra product development activities, focusing on modeling, bug fixing, and team leadership within Agile frameworks.

  • Good understanding of Transmission systems.
  • Experience with advanced power system management systems.
  • Exposure to product implementation in power utilities.
