Regional People & Culture Intern - Remote

Overview

As our Regional People & Culture Intern (f/m/d), you will help us drive people-related opportunities across Brazil while supporting our Regional People & Culture Manager with the delivery of our global P&C strategy within the territory.

In Short

• Deliver best-in-class support for employees as the first contact point for personnel-related matters.
• Support personnel administration processes and maintain up-to-date information.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding for new and departing employees.
• Assist in the full-cycle recruiting process and manage internship vacancies.
• Coordinate local employee L&D programs and DEI initiatives.

Requirements

• University student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or similar.
• Professional communication skills in English and Portuguese.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for customer service.
• Self-organized, confidential, and discreet.
