Junior Project Operations Manager - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly organised and visually driven Junior Project Operations Manager to streamline operations, standardise workflows, and ensure high-quality communication across the PMO and the organisation.

In Short

• Collaborate with the Program Management Lead for portfolio planning and milestone tracking.
• Drive creation of high-impact presentations for internal communications and executive updates.
• Lead the PMO’s internal communication strategy for stakeholder updates.
• Design and maintain PMO templates and communication strategies.
• Ensure expert use of Asana across projects.
• Support PMO team by maintaining awareness of ongoing initiatives.
• Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in PMO tools and workflows.

Requirements

• Degree in project management, business, communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management practices and managing multiple projects.
• Strong communication and presentation design skills.
• Ability to engage and collaborate across the organization.
• Highly organised and detail-focused.
• Proficient in MS Office and Asana.
• Business fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
