Overview

The Head of CRM is a pivotal role responsible for leading and managing the organization's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and operations.

In Short

  • Lead 30 people in 4 teams managing Awin’s CRM platform.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive CRM strategies.
  • Oversee budgets and resource allocation for CRM initiatives.
  • Act as a senior domain architect, identifying optimization potential.
  • Motivate change and foster a culture of innovation.
  • Ensure high performance in KPIs and sales targets.
  • Enhance user experience and drive CRM adoption.
  • Collaborate with BI and Product teams for data analytics.
  • Manage service providers and ensure SLAs are met.
  • Support remote working and flexible work arrangements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in CRM management, with 5 years in leadership.
  • Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of ARR business models.
  • Proven track record in managing complex CRM projects.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience in online marketing preferred.
  • Ability to influence senior leadership.
