In Short

  • Assume ownership and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Implement program management strategies for successful affiliate programs.
  • Produce account management documentation and deliver regular reports.
  • Recruit new affiliates and project manage affiliate migrations.
  • Familiarize with industry trends and Awin products.
  • Utilize the Awin platform and third-party tools for account management.
  • Monitor affiliate program performance for compliance and health.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Support team members and be a reference point of knowledge.
  • Proactive in solving issues with clients.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1+ years’ account management experience.
  • Knowledge of the affiliate marketing industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Fast learner with a positive attitude.
  • Ownership and accountability of work.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
