The Customer Success Specialist will connect with customers, support their needs, and help establish long-term relationships while working in a flexible and innovative environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager.
  • Available to work in the Pacific timezone.
  • Problem solver with a proactive nature.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Intercom.
  • Empathetic and patient listener.
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task.
  • Friendly and open-minded personality.
