Overview

As a Customer Success Manager at Awesomic, you will be responsible for nurturing customer relationships and ensuring satisfaction through effective communication and support.

Requirements

  • Available to work in the Pacific timezone.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Self-driven and proactive nature.
  • Ability to think quickly and logically.
  • Empathetic and active listener.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
  • Organized and able to multitask.
  • Experience with Hubspot and Intercom.
