In Short

• Actively contribute to both outbound and inbound recruitment strategies.
• Conduct direct outbound sourcing through various channels.
• Conduct screening calls with candidates.
• Manage interview logistics with candidates.
• Advise Project Managers and Client Managers on candidate landscape.
• Take ownership of the candidate experience.
• Work closely with an experienced team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms.
• Thrive in goal-oriented environments.
• Growth mindset and commitment to improvement.
• Team-oriented and adaptable to changing priorities.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
