Overview

The National Account Director (NAD) will serve as the primary point of contact for sales and account management activities for assigned managed markets customers, leading all contracting efforts and ensuring profitable access to Avidity’s approved products.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • 10+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
  • 5+ years as a National Account Director in Market Access.
  • Knowledge of managed care and pharmacy benefit management.
  • Excellent understanding of the US market access environment.
  • Experience in product launches with rare disease experience preferred.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Working knowledge of contracting functions and regulations.
  • Ability to travel up to 60%.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
