Setup Designer - Remote

Overview

The Setup Designer plans, communicates, implements, and manages client set-up programming projects, ensuring that specifications of all set-up requirements are met.

In Short

• Responsible for multiple projects across one or multiple clients.
• Analyze and manage client requirements for labels, strips, signs, or any shelf edge media.
• Manage timelines and monitor progress of project team members.
• Define business rules based on data analysis.
• Design, develop, and unit test visual digital client deliverables.
• Configure proprietary toolset to implement business rules.
• Maintain working relationships with internal teams.
• Resolve client product set-up programming issues.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Provide support to the Client Experience team as needed.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Business, Graphic Design, or related field.
• 1-3 years of related experience or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in text editors, Excel, Illustrator, and other software.
• Knowledge of production tolerances and ability to manipulate files.
• Strong analytical, technical writing, and project management skills.
• Ability to handle client interactions with tact.
• Ability to solve time-sensitive problems.
• High degree of visual attention and accuracy skills.
• Skills in planning, organizing work, and managing time.
• Willingness to provide production support in a time-sensitive environment.
