Manager Commercial Finance and FP&A - Remote

Overview

The Manager Commercial Finance and FP&A at IDS will provide analytical support to financial processes, drive value to the business, and manage risks while partnering with senior leadership.

In Short

• Coordinate sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes.
• Analyze Gross Margin and Operating Margin across product lines.
• Design and manage financial impact of sales incentive plans.
• Monitor accuracy and distribution of sales reports.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and controls.
• Engage with commercial and senior leadership at IDS.
• Drive improvement in profitability and margin management.
• Support strategic, annual operating plan and forecast processes.
• Utilize enabling technologies like Power BI and Oracle OAC.
• Manage SG&A budget setting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a medium to large manufacturing company.
• Bachelor's degree with MBA preferred; CPA/CMA a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
• Proactive self-starter with project management skills.
• Ability to handle high pressure assignments.
• Excellent communication skills (oral, presentation, written).
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and BI analytical tools.
• Experience working in a dynamic, multinational finance environment.
• People management experience (1 direct report).
