Brand Product Developer - Remote

Overview

The Brand Product Developer (BPD) leads the product development process by defining new program requirements in collaboration with the sales teams, from point of initiation to client approval.

In Short

• Lead product development from initiation to client approval.
• Collaborate with sales teams to define new program requirements.
• Coordinate new developments across multiple customers and product lines.
• Provide product knowledge within various product lines.
• Guide clients to optimal branding solutions.
• Prepare global price proposals and manage escalations.
• Participate in store audits and client calls.
• Support digital sampling and smart sampling initiatives.
• Stay current on industry trends and innovations.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in new product development.
• Knowledge of printing, weaving, and manufacturing preferred.
• Experience in the retail, apparel, or label industries.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of PC skills, including Word, Excel, and ERP systems.
• Solid mathematical skills for pricing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
