• Contribute to end-to-end AI workflows by integrating traditional SaaS with AI applications.
• Collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to brainstorm and scope new features.
• Establish best practices for architecture, coding, and delivery.
• Deliver secure, compliant code for sensitive data.
• Mentor team members and contribute to team culture.
• Handle on-call responsibilities to resolve issues.
• Enhance capabilities of AI-native workflows.
• Implement LLM-based solutions to improve customer outcomes.
• Develop systems to evaluate the efficacy of customer deliverables.
• Contribute to the evolution of document generation products.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in building frameworks, libraries, and distributed systems.
• Proficiency in software development, especially in Python, Go, Java, Node.js, or C++.
• Understanding of modern frontend technologies like TypeScript, React, and JavaScript.
• Ability to deliver high-quality software solutions and manage infrastructure.
• Track record of delivering complex projects from concept to deployment.
• Experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Bonus: Experience in AI, legal tech, or social impact projects.
