We’re looking for an IT Generalist who can take ownership of a wide range of technology operations across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on variety — from providing day-to-day tech support and managing cloud tools, to implementing security standards and optimizing system performance. If you’re a versatile problem-solver who loves making tech run smoothly, we’d love to meet you!

In Short

• Provide timely IT support to remote agents and internal staff.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Manage core business platforms, including Google Workspace, AWS, Slack, and more.
• Facilitate IT setup for new hires and ensure seamless onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company security policies and manage VPN access.
• Maintain and enhance internal IT documentation and recommend improvements.
• Monitor key client systems to ensure seamless agent access.
• Collaborate with operations to resolve technical interruptions.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Strong technical understanding of Google Workspace and cloud tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of network protocols and cybersecurity best practices.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
