We’re hiring a Multimedia Content Specialist who will support one of our fast-growing clients by managing their social media interactions, brand voice, and public-facing communication. If you excel at writing, interpreting tone, and crafting thoughtful, on-brand engagements across digital platforms, this role may be a great match for you.

Requirements

• Exceptional writing skills in English.
• High emotional intelligence for tone interpretation.
• Social media fluency and brand conversation management.
• Strong judgment for escalating sensitive interactions.
• Ability to handle fast-paced communication.
• Experience with eCommerce or DTC brands preferred.
• Familiarity with social media management tools.
• Hands-on experience in responding to customer comments.
