Overview

The IT Support Generalist (Tier 1) is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to internal teams, ensuring smooth operations through effective troubleshooting and communication.

In Short

• Perform password resets and assist with MFA/2FA setup.
• Monitor IT support email and Slack channels for incoming requests.
• Provide first-line troubleshooting support and escalate complex issues.
• Execute onboarding and offboarding checklists for user access.
• Resolve login and access issues, including VPN connectivity support.
• Maintain organized documentation and update IT trackers.
• Work in a fully remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in IT support or technical support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting remote teams is preferred.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Hubstaff is a plus.
• Ability to work U.S. Eastern Time.
