Capacity Planner - Remote

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Capacity Planner to support our workforce strategy and ensure staffing plans align with forecasted demand across client programs. This role plays a key part in maintaining service levels, optimizing resource utilization, and supporting operational decision-making through accurate forecasting, scheduling insights, and performance analysis.

In Short

• Own the workforce management cycle: forecasting demand and managing schedules.
• Build forecasts for workload/volume and handle time.
• Track forecast accuracy and perform root-cause analysis.
• Convert demand into staffing requirements using contact center staffing principles.
• Monitor daily volumes and trends, adjusting schedules as necessary.
• Produce performance reporting that ties together forecasts and service results.
• Collaborate with Operations and stakeholders on staffing models and risks.
• Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in WFM tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Work 100% remotely from anywhere in the Philippines.

Requirements

• Proven experience in workforce management and capacity planning.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting methodologies and scheduling principles.
• Proficiency in WFM tools (e.g., Verint, Aspect) and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data sets.
• Clear communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Reliable high-speed internet and computer setup for remote work.
