The Multimedia Specialist will be responsible for editing and creating engaging video content for social media platforms, ensuring high-quality output that aligns with brand standards.

• Assist in scheduling content using tools such as Later, Buffer, or Meta Business Suite.
• Draft high-quality, on-brand captions tailored to each platform and audience.
• Monitor social media messages, comments, and mentions, and assist in timely community engagement.
• Research and compile content ideas for upcoming social posts based on trends, key campaigns, and business goals.
• Stay up to date with social media trends, video formats, platform algorithm changes, and audience engagement tactics.
• Support brainstorming sessions with marketing and creative teams to plan upcoming campaigns or content themes.
