As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase the online presence and engagement of the brand on social media. In Short

• Create and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Be the content creator for social media, representing the brand on digital platforms and responsible for recording and sharing videos.
• Create scripts for videos and textual content for social media posts.
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand reach and engagement.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on social media, optimizing traffic and ROI.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary for optimization of results.
• Interact with followers and respond to comments and messages effectively and promptly.
• Collaborate with the graphic design team to create visually appealing content.
• Stay updated with trends and innovations in social media, proposing creative ideas for campaigns and promotional actions.
• Participate in strategic marketing meetings to provide insights on the target audience and engagement strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.
• Creativity and a passion for digital marketing.
• Experience with video production and editing is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with social media advertising tools.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English is preferred.
