• Handle incoming KYC requests on behalf of Avantia’s clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for responding to reverse KYC requests.
• Manage the intake and processing of all incoming KYC requests.
• Review and analyze KYC documentation for completeness and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory adherence in line with AML and KYC frameworks.
• Maintain accurate records of all KYC requests and documentation.
• Monitor evolving KYC/AML regulations and best practices.
• Prepare reports on KYC request metrics and performance.
• Make informed decisions to resolve inquiries efficiently.
• Prioritize and manage multiple requests in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements

• Experience in KYC and compliance roles.
• Strong understanding of AML and KYC regulations.
• Excellent communication skills.
