Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, customer success, or a similar customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing and driving renewals with high customer satisfaction rates.
  • Familiarity with Open Source Software, DevOps, and Cloud concepts.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in forecasting and delivering data-driven insights.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Working knowledge of Enterprise Software solutions and subscription-based business models.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited University.
