Automox is seeking a results-driven Business Development Leader to mentor, develop, and lead a team of remote, early-career sales professionals (BDRs). This team plays a crucial role in Automox’s new business motion via outbound prospecting, generating pipeline opportunities for our Commercial, Enterprise, and Majors Account Executives.
As a key leader within the sales organization, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth, optimizing early-stage sales processes, developing future sales talent, and fostering a high-energy, performance-driven culture.
