Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, WordPress VIP - Remote

Overview

As a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer on the WordPress VIP team, you will work closely with various leaders and teams to design database models, build ETL pipelines, and deliver strategic insights for business growth.

• Collaborate with CMO, CFO, and other leaders.
• Design database models and build ETL pipelines.
• Analyze enterprise technology data using Looker.
• Perform ad hoc analyses on financial and marketing metrics.

Requirements

• Experience with ETL workflows and data engineering tools.
• Proficient in SQL, including window functions and CTEs.
• Experience designing BI dashboards and reports.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Hubspot.
• Experience in Hadoop ecosystem or data warehousing solutions.
• Collaborative and experienced in cross-team analytics solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
