Overview

As a member of the Risk Operations team, you’ll be at the forefront of protecting payment solutions and the merchants who use WooCommerce, Tumblr, and WordPress.com, among other products.

In Short

• Develop and document data-informed processes for risk management.
• Lead projects to expand data sources for fraud detection.
• Develop and test rules for fraud prevention.
• Perform analysis on data for effective risk management.
• Create business intelligence dashboards for decision making.
• Support the Risk Operations Manager in developing the risk platform.
• Stay informed about trends in fraud and risk.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive insights.

Requirements

• Enjoy research and investigation.
• Technical skills in SQL and business intelligence tools.
• Strong analytical skills in SQL, Sheets, Looker, and/or Superset.
• 3+ years in strategic, analytical, and operational roles.
• Experience in risk, fraud, and payments/ecommerce.
• Experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, and Akismet.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Proactive team member able to manage priorities.
